Portrait of two women floppy disk collage

The In/Human Collective is made up of a core group of 6 portrait artists - David Walker, Nick Gentry, Penny, Joseph Loughborough, Daniel Lumbini & Chris Moon

Drawing on themes of innovation within figurative painting, In/Human is not just another art collective working in portraiture: Their work is an in-your-face exploration of the furtive side of human form, analysing our fears, obsessions, childhood traumas and deepest sexual desires.

Portraiture has evolved rapidly over the past century and these are emerging artists in evolution now, all handpicked because of their unique approach to the genre, and all have pushed the boundaries of modern portrait painting to the indefinable.
